The Latest From 
Panasonic has just announced that effective March 31,
2009, they will be discontinuing the sale of their System
Manager Pro (SMP) and associated software. Panasonic
and ERC will continue to support this software until
there is no longer substantial market demand. Any
critical bugs that might surface will be addressed but no
new features will be developed. ERC representatives
are in the process of contacting everyone possible;
however if you have questions, please call your Account
Representative or ERC Corporate office.
ERC is offering two solutions that we feel will meet
your continuing needs. Trim Flashpoint Software was
created to allow for greater inventory control, time
management and profitability. The comprehensive
suite of Flashpoint products will improve all facets of
your hospitality operations.
Xpient Solutions’ Enterprise Data Manager (EDM) is
a powerful tool for bi-directional administration and
synchronization of data between a central database
and regional and/or store locations. EDM dramatically
reduces the effort and expense involved in the
administration of information.
