The New ULTRAPLEX II
has taken the technology of the already reliable ULRAPLEX SYSTEM and designed improvements in audio clarity, volume, and dependability. The system is backward compatible to the existing system with minor exception.

At the heart of this system is the new WX-CH2010 CENTER MODULE with improved Digital Noise Reduction, connectivity to other devices such as POS interface, dual drive-thru alert tones, and a day/night switch. This system still requires an FCC license.
The most notable change in the system is the all-new belted ORDER TAKER (WX-CT2020) . This order taker has been ergonomically designed; resulting in a 50% smaller design than the traditional order taker and 42% lighter to reduce employee fatigue. Improvements have been made to the audio quality and the Electronic Volume Control has increased the reliability.
The very popular ALL-IN-ONE HEADSET (WX-CH2050A) is a self-contained, one-piece unit designed for durability. It features an adjustable headset for fit, flexibility and no cables! It has easy-access controls for the standard-TALK, PAGE, LANE, hands-free and dual-lane/tandem operations that are programmable, and user visible indicator lights on the microphone boom. The existing batteries and charger are compatible with this new unit.
